A discounted event room rate of $199 per night is available through the official room block.
Important:
The hotel room block closes on January 7, 2027, or when sold out.

Yes.
Paid parking is available at the Sheraton Crown Center.
Attendees staying overnight receive a $10 discount on self-parking.
Is airport transportation provided?
No.
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport, hotel, and event venue.
What are the recommended arrival and departure dates?
To maximize your experience:
Recommended Arrival:
Thursday evening, February 4, 2027, or early Friday morning, February 5, 2027
Recommended Departure:
Saturday evening, February 6, 2027, or early Sunday morning, February 7, 2027
This allows you to participate in the full educational and networking experience.
What is the cancellation policy?
Registrations canceled on or before January 15, 2027 are eligible for a credit on account that can be used for future purchases with Heartland Tanning Distribution.

Must be submitted by January 15, 2027, for credit eligibility
Cancellations after January 15, 2027, are not eligible for any credit.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
No.
All registrations are non-transferable between salons. If you need to change a member of your group, you must advise Heartland by January 15th.
Will photos and videos be taken during the event?
Yes.
Photography, video recording, and audio recording may occur throughout the event.
By attending, participants grant Heartland Tanning Distribution permission to use photographs and recordings for future promotional and marketing purposes.
