By registering for the UV, Sunless, & Wellness Summit ("Event"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility & Registration
Registration is open to tanning and wellness industry professionals. Attendees must be at least 13 years of age to attend. Heartland Tanning Distribution reserves the right to reject, cancel, or revoke any registration at its sole discretion.

Registration Fees
The registration fee is $189 per attendee.
Registration includes:

• Access to the exhibit floor

• Main stage speaker sessions

• Lotion product training sessions

• Saturday breakfast and lunch

• Networking reception

• Saturday educational classes

• Gratis Bag

Registration fees do not include additional events, premium training classes, or certification programs unless specifically noted.

Payment is due in full at the time of registration and must be made by credit card.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registrations canceled on or before January 15, 2027, are eligible for a credit on account for future purchases.

Event pass cancellations are eligible for a $154 account credit if canceled by January 15, 2027. Any cancellations after January 15th, 2027, are non-refundable. All cancellations are excluded from receiving gratis bags. 
Credits are processed within approximately 5–7 business days.
Registrations are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another attendee.

Event Changes & Cancellation
Heartland Tanning Distribution reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, agenda, exhibitors, or programming without prior notice. If the Event is canceled by the organizer, registered attendees will receive either:

A credit toward a future event, or Registration for a rescheduled event.

Admission & Conduct
Admission requires a valid registration record with Heartland Tanning Distribution.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the Event's professional environment.

Assumption of Risk & Liability
Attendees voluntarily participate in the Event and assume all risks associated with attendance, including participation in demonstrations, training sessions, and equipment-related activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heartland Tanning Distribution, its affiliates, employees, sponsors, exhibitors, and venue partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from attendance or participation in the Event.

Health, Safety & Compliance
Attendees must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, venue policies, and safety requirements while attending the Event.

Photography & Media Release
Photography, videography, and audio recording may occur during the Event.
By attending, you grant Heartland Tanning Distribution permission to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, videos, recordings, and promotional materials without compensation or further notice. No opt-out option is available.

Intellectual Property
Event presentations, materials, handouts, recordings, and related content remain the property of their respective owners. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, publish, share, sell, or otherwise redistribute Event materials without prior written permission from the organizer or content owner.

Privacy & Marketing Communications
Heartland Tanning Distribution collects basic attendee information during registration and may use such information for event administration, communications, and marketing purposes. Information will also be shared with event sponsors.

Alcohol Service
Alcohol may be served at designated Event functions. Attendees agree to comply with all applicable laws and venue policies regarding alcohol consumption.

Travel & Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for all travel, lodging, meals not expressly included with registration, and related expenses.
A discounted room rate may be available through the Event hotel room block, subject to availability and booking deadlines.

Accessibility
The organizer does not directly provide accessibility accommodations; however, attendees may contact the Sheraton Kansas City at Crown Center regarding available accessibility services and accommodations.

Force Majeure
Heartland Tanning Distribution shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, modifications, or cancellation of the Event resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, acts of government, public health emergencies, pandemics, labor disputes, utility failures, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Agreement
By checking the required consent box during registration and completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
